COACHING
Our Academy provides a professional, growth-oriented environment led by the Director of Coaching and a staff of experienced/licensed coaches. To ensure every player is challenged appropriately, we use a dynamic evaluation process to form teams of similar ability.
-Preseason Reviews: Coaches evaluate players before the start of each soccer year to ensure team placements remain accurate.
-Open Clinics: We host skills clinics throughout the year, giving new players the chance to be evaluated by a Director or Licensed Coach.
-Dynamic Realignment: Teams may be adjusted each season to keep players with similar skill levels together for optimal development.
U10: Matches transition to 6v6 plus a goalkeeper, introducing more tactical depth.
Strategic "Play-Ups": Teams may occasionally play against older age groups to find the right competitive challenge while remaining rostered at their age-appropriate level.
SEASON
Fall Season August - October (potentially early November). Spring Season April - June. Teams will play 7-8 league games each season in the Youth Academy League, 1-2 club friendlies each season, and will participate in 2 tournaments per year (1 in Fall, 1 in Spring). Practices are held two nights a week and games are typically played on Saturdays and Sundays.
